hello, spring.

i'd like to think i'm a simple kind of girl who is content with the smell of fresh flowers and freshly-brewed coffee in the morning, but one can only delude oneself so much. flowers are okay but too much effort to maintain after my initial glance of admiration, and coffee.. i just need it in the morning. so really, i am the worst kind of simple girl, the kind that thinks she's simple but is not and gets really, really pissed off when someone else doesn't understand her supposed country-bumpkin mentality. (but i'm so simple!) howeverrr, once in a blue moon, my mind slows down, and i actually appreciate the little things in life. child-like wonder is a beautiful thing.

spring's almost here. not quite there yet. especially on this rainy morning.
